Terms of use

The service

MindSpeed provides short online tests of reaction time, memory, aim and typing, with statistics and leaderboards. Results are for personal information, fun and self-tracking. They are not a medical, psychological or IQ assessment and must not be used for clinical, educational or employment decisions.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. The same account works on MindSpeed and on IQ Test Coach (websites and apps).

Premium

Premium gives access to additional features for the period you paid for, on MindSpeed and on IQ Test Coach. The weekly plan can start with a 3-day free trial: unless you cancel before it ends, it becomes paid and renews every week. Weekly, monthly and annual card subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep Premium until the end of the paid period. Lifetime Premium and bank transfer purchases do not renew.

Refunds: within 7 days of any payment made on this website (card or bank transfer) you can ask us by e-mail for a full refund, no questions asked; Premium ends when the refund is made. Purchases made in the app are governed by the App Store or Google Play terms, including refunds.

Card and wallet payments on this website are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all these orders: it handles payment, invoicing, taxes and payment-related customer service under the Paddle buyer terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).

You can cancel a card subscription at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net or by emailing us. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Fair play

• Do not use autoclickers, scripts or other tools to produce results; such results are not ranked and leaderboard nicknames may be removed.
• Do not choose nicknames or display names that are offensive or impersonate others.
• Do not try to disrupt the service, access other people’s data or get around payment.

Content

The tests, texts, word lists, statistics pages and software belong to MindSpeed. You may share your own result pages and quote our statistics with a link to the source. Names of other tests and products belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with them.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and correct but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on scores.

Ending use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
